Some basic troubleshooting can be carried out by the user:
- Scratching sound on a telephone call, check curly cord for damage.
- Internet not working, check the lights on the fibre ONT.
- Is all the devices that are connected experiencing the same error?
- Test to see if your mobile phone can connect and browse the internet.
- Are you using cable connection to your pc or wifi? Disconnect and reconnect to the network.
